Questions

Is it safe? Do you need my Shopee password?

No. Biaruntung never asks for your Shopee password and doesn't store buyers' names, phone numbers or addresses.

I only use my phone. Will it work?

The extension runs in Chrome on a laptop; alerts go to your phone. If you don't have a laptop, say so in the form — we need to know.

How is it different from other apps?

Biaruntung shows profit right inside Seller Centre and Shopee Ads — at the moment you decide to raise a budget or switch an ad off — and alerts you on its own, no dashboard needed. Plus free competitor sales.

How much does it cost?

The plan is Rp 79,000–Rp 99,000 a month for one shop, with a 7-day free trial and no credit card. Beta users get a lower price.

How does the Claude integration work?

Biaruntung provides an authenticated remote Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. You add our connector URL (https://app.biaruntung.id/mcp) into your Claude app, log in, and discuss your margins, advertising ROAS, and Shopee deductions in plain English or Indonesian. The connection is strictly read-only, uses your existing Claude subscription, and never touches buyer data.

Where do the calculator rates come from?

From Shopee announcements and news as of October 2026. Anything not yet confirmed is marked «estimate» and uses the upper bound, so your profit never looks better than it is.
